This cookbook is the result of community involvement in the first annual Garlic Festival in Gilroy California in 1979, which attracted more than 30,000 people in two days. Over 200 recipes, tasted and tested by local Gilroy council members and citizens. Also includes a garlic glossary, history, mystery, and "good things to know" about garlic.
